Hi! My name is Jonita, and Iâ€™m a TEFL/TESOL-certified English tutor with over seven years of teaching experience. I teach both children and adults from various nationalities, including Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Jordanian, and Filipino learners. I work with learners from beginner to advanced levels.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Banking and Finance, which allows me to also teach Business English and professional communication. Over the years, Iâ€™ve helped many students improve their English for real-life goalsâ€”such as passing job interviews, working abroad, and succeeding in call center careers.
My lessons follow a learner-centered approach, where students actively participate and feel comfortable using English. I believe making mistakes is part of learning, so I create a friendly, supportive, and fun environment in every class.
