Experience Description
I am a qualified teacher with solid qualifications. With over than 20 years of experience as an ESL instructor, academic coordinator, and English department leader across international schools and universities, I have extensive experience Teaching ESL to Saudi females at Applied Linguistics and Community Service Collage (Dammam University) as well as multi-national high grades girls at Inspire International Academy, Aspire International Academy, and Hally International School. Besides, in my previous role as an academic supervisor at Halley International School, I oversaw various academic programs, managed administrative tasks effectively, and contributed to enhancing the overall educational experience for both students and staff. Furthermore, in my current position as the English coordinator at “Aspire”, I succeeded in taking my team to a further step. I successfully established and managed a thriving English Department, overseeing instruction for high school students across IGCSE and American curricula. I also designed and delivered IELTS courses that consistently prepared grade 12 students for strong band scores. Genuinely, I established a distinguished English department with new vision that is proved to be a successful and efficient one. My interpersonal skills have allowed me to build empathic relationships with students as well as teachers from diverse backgrounds and effectively guide them towards their academic goals. My qualifications—including BA in English Literature and Language, CELTA certification, Cambridge IGCSE marking workshops, and specialized IELTS training accredited by LTTC UK—equip me with both pedagogical depth and assessment expertise.
